I have had a deep interest in electronic media activities right from my childhood. To pursue a career in television and radio had been my dream, and I chased this dream to the hilt. Along with my studies, I read scores of books on television and radio. After finishing college, I took the entrance examination of Jamia Milia Islamia for the post-graduation degree course in mass communication. My deep knowledge and understanding helped me secure very good marks in the examination. I joined the course and very soon excelled at every department of mass media.

After successfully completing the course with very good marks, I did internships for various production houses. My first major break as a technical professional in television programming was the popular musical show on Doordarshan by the name of ‘Lehar Lehar Sangeet’.

After having done my internships with various reputed agencies, I decided to start a concern of my own because of two reasons–first, I wanted a semblance of independence for unleashing my creativity, and second, I wanted to be an entrepreneur thereby generating jobs for others so as to be able to contribute to nation building in my own humble way.

I started a small concern by the name of Genesis media Private Limited and by dint of hard work and determination managed to get it not only empanelled by the Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity, but also carve a niche in the areas of television and radio. Very soon the work of the company started expanding as we got more and more work. Soon enough it emerged as one of the best production houses of the city. To further enhance my horizons I pursued and successfully completed my PhD in Mass Communication from Amity University, Noida.
